ORDER
The present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 24.02.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.5410 of 2014, in and by which, this Court, while disposing of the said Writ Petition in W.P.No.5410 of 2014, directed the petitioners to send a fresh representation along with a copy of the order to the respondents and on receipt of the same, the respondents were directed to consider the representation in the light of the order dated 16.04.2009 passed in W.P.No.39177 of 2002 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter. Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Advocates appearing for the respective respondents 1, 2 and 4 submitted that the said order of this Court has been complied with by the respondents. Since the said order of this Court has been complied with by the respondents, nothing further survives for consideration in this Contempt Petition, which is accordingly closed.
