This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.1539 of 2017.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. Taking into consideration, the nature of the allegations in the FIR, this Court cannot issue any direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in a time bound manner.
However, this petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Cr.No. 1539 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
