Received the report from the Principal District Munsif, Mayiladuthurai, with respect to E.P.No. 120 of 2018 in R.C.O.P.No. 11 of

vsg 2017. The learned Principal District Munsif stated that the said Execution Petition will be disposed of within a period of three months. 2.

Accordingly, time is granted till 31.10.2021 to dispose of E.P.No. 120 of 2018 in R.C.O.P.No. 11 of 2017. However, it is also stated that it would be appreciated if the learned Principal District Munsif, disposes of E.P.No. 120 of 2018 on a much earlier date. 3.

With the above said observation, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
