ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in MC.No.159 of 2022 dated 06.12.2022 on the file of the

Sub Divisional Magistrate(North) at Puducherry - 1st respondent herein. 2.

It is seen that the first respondent passed order under Section 145 of Cr.P.C. on 06.12.2022 thereby directing the petitioner to clear the fencing in the disputed property and to hand over the vacant possession of the land to the second respondent herein within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of the order. Accordingly, the petitioner had removed the fencing in the disputed property and also handed over the possession of the property in favour of the second respondent herein on 08.03.2022. Therefore, nothing survives in this criminal original petition for adjudication.
