ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Mayiladuthurai, to dispose of E.P.No.28 of 2020 in R.C.O.P.No.33 of 2014 within a specific time period.

2.A report had been received from the Principal District Munsif, Mayiladuthurai, wherein it had been stated that E.P.No.28 of 2020 was numbered on 08.06.2020. The process for R3 Uma Maheswari was affixed as absent as she had gone to Madurai and R5 Hema Malini was also affixed as absent as now she was residing at Trichy. The process was served on R2 and R4. The learned counsel Mr.R.Sivapunniyam had stated that he has been engaged to appear for R2 and R4. Fresh notice has been directed to R3 and R5. The processes were not served again as door was locked for both and counter has not been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.It is natural that the learned Principal District Munsif, Mayiladuthurai, cannot proceed further since the process could not be served on the respondents. At any rate, the learned Principal District Munsif, Mayiladuthurai, stated that within a period of three months, the Execution Petition would be disposed of. I would give a little further leverage to the learned Principal District Munsif, Mayiladuthurai, and direct the E.P.No.28 of 2020 to be disposed of on or before 30.11.2021. 4.With the said observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
