ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents and in particular, the 2 nd respondent to deal with the online application submitted by the petitioner on 24.02.2025, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for the survey of the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries.

2.Heard Mr.A.Ilayaperumal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on

3/6 behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.V.J.Priyadarsana, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the 4 th respondent.

3.The petitioner is placing reliance upon the Sale Deed dated 11.12.2024 registered as Document No.5896 of 2024. The petitioner is also placing reliance upon the Patta that has been issued in Patta No.2356 in the name of the petitioner. The online application submitted by the petitioner on 24.02.2025 did not evoke any response and hence, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 2 nd respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 24.02.2025 and conduct the survey in the subject property in line with the title deed and the patta that already stands in the name of the petitioner and this process shall be completed, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If there are any other rival claims, such survey

4/6 shall be conducted in their presence and if any obstructions is made, it is always left open to the 2 nd respondent to seek for police protection from the 4 th respondent.
