ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., against the order passed by the Learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore in C.R.P.No.12 of 2012 dated 25.06.2012 setting aside the order passed by the Learned Sub Divisional Magistrate cum Revenue Divisional Officer, Coimbatore made in M.M.No.10965 of 2009/A1, dated 25.01.2012. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that as against the order of the remand passed in Crl.R.C.No.12 of 2012 by the Principal District Judge, Coimbatore, respondents 1&2 viz., 'A' party preferred Crl.R.C.No.976 of 2012. This Court, by order dated 30.08.2012, dismissed the said Crl.R.C and directed the Sub-Division Magistrate, R.D.O, Coimbatore to take up the matter and dispose of the same. As against the very same impugned order, now 'B' party viz the petitioner herein preferred the present Criminal Original Petition.

3. In view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Mr.Justice B.Rajendran in Crl.R.C.No.976 of 2012 dated 30.08.2012, I find that nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition, since the subject matter has already been covered by the earlier order .

4. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Sub-Divisional Magistratecum-Revenue Divisional Officer, Coimbatore to consider and dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.
