O R D E R
When this Court was about to dismiss this petition on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the same and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to appear before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such appearance, he shall be released on bail under Section 436 Cr.P.C on he executing a bond for Rs.5,000/- with two sureties on the same day. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
