2. This writ petition is filed seeking for a mandamus for a direction to the first respondent not to conduct the election during the period of corona pandemic situation.

3. The election pertains to the constitution of Board for Wakf. When this mater is taken up after notice today, it is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the Wakf Board that already election has been conducted to the concerned Wakf and the Board is also constituted.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed, as no further order is necessary. No costs.
