(Order of the Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) The matter is heard through "Video Conferencing". 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.The petitioner has sought for extension of leave for another three months from 12.08.2020. The petitioner's husband was granted 21 days leave from 24.07.2020 to 13.08.2020. The present petition has been filed to extend the leave stating that the 2/6
petitioner's husband is suffering from several ailments like asthma, heart and lungs problem. Therefore, the petitioner seeks extension of leave for the treatment of her husband. However, for the same reason, earlier, the detenu has been granted 21 days leave. Having availed 21 days leave, the present petition has been filed for extension of leave for a further period of three months. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to extend the period of parole already granted to the detenu. Hence, this petition is dismissed. (N.K.K.,J.)
