PRAYER: - The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 528 of B.N.S.S, 2023, r/w 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to extend the time to comply with the condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate 1/4

ORDER

This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate in Crl.O.P.No.31184 of 2024 dated 21.01.2025.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time is extended up to two weeks for the petitioner to comply with the condition imposed by this Court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
