(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of arrest in Crime No.2 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition filed for granting of anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.12864 of 2020 was pending before this Court. In the meantime, the petitioner has been arrested and remanded to Judicial Custody. He would further submit that the learned Judge on account of the pendency of the anticipatory bail application before this Court is not passing order in the bail application.

3. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and hence, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
