The petitions are filed to condone the delay of 420 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs. 1500/- in the above CMAs against the order and decree dated 29.10.2021 in FCOP Nos. 249 and 442 of 2015 on the file of the Family Court, Salem.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits, filed in support of the petitions, the delay is condoned. The petitions are ordered.
