JUDGMENT

(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Writ appeal is directed against the order made in W.P.No.39868 of 2002 dated 02.09.2013, by which the writ Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

declined to issue a certiorairfied mandamus, praying to call for the records in K.Dis.No.9950/A3-98 dated 23rd April 2002 of the Regional Joint Director of Industries and Commerce, Chennai and quash the same and direct the grant of the subsidy as claimed.

2. On this day, when the matter came up for admission, Mr.M.P.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel representing the counsel on record submitted that he is not pressing the appeal. He had also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Placing on record the above, instant writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
