ORDER
By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondent, notice to the private respondent is dispensed with.
2. This petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to restore the electricity connection of petitioner pertaining to 3rd respondent service connection in S.C.NO.041270141500 by considering the petitioners representation dated 25.10.2025.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner has got title of the subject lands through his father by virtue of sale deed dated 10.05.2025 on the file of SRO, Omalur, however, the electricity connection was not transferred to his name and the same stands in his father name. The fourth respondent with an ulterior motive removed the fuse carrier disconnected the electricity connection on 16.09.2025, in this regard, the petitioner made a complaint before the Inspector of Police, Thivattipatti Police Station and the same is pending. The petitioner has also sent representation to the official respondents on 25.10.2025, however, the same is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the official respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.10.2025 and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law after giving opportunity
to the fourth respondent by conducting enquiry between the petitioner and the fourth respondent and if it is found that the fourth respondent has illegally disturbed the petitioner's connection, the same may be restored. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
