This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to consider the circular issued by the first respondent in Circular No. 152/DGP-TN/HoPF/Camp/2022 dated 07.06.2022.

2. Heard both parties and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the fifth respondent to conduct an enquiry on the representation made by the petitioner dated 17.03.2025, in accordance

with the provisions of the circular issued by the first respondent in Circular No. 152/DGP-TN/HoPF/Camp/2022 dated 07.06.2022, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter-parties and dispose of the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
