ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to produce the body of R.Swetha, W/o.S.Jagadeesh, Hindu, aged 26 years, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed by the husband of the detenue.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the detenue was produced through video conferencing on 28.08.2020 and the petitioner has withdrawn the complaint itself on the same day. 4.In such view of the matter, the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
