This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 103 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.3774/- in the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. It is also observed that the M.C.O.P., has been filed in the year 2016 and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal was filed in the year 2017 and the same was returned for certain compliances and to be represented within 10 days. But, it was not represented within 10 days.

2.Considering the above reasons stated by the learned counsel for the appellant, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay of 103 days is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Member Secretary, Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, High Court Buildings, Chennai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference of this Court.
