ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 3 rd respondent to act upon the on-line application submitted by the petitioner on 27.11.2023 wherein the petitioner is seeking for the survey of the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries. 2.
Heard Mr.B.Arulmozhimaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.R.Gokulkrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader for Respondents 1 to 3.

The petitioner is relying upon the sale deed dated 14.10.1965 executed in the name of the petitioner's father. The petitioner is also relying upon the release deed dated 02.05.2023 executed in favour of the petitioner. Reliance is also placed on the extract of the land register with FMB sketch. The petitioner wanted a survey to be conducted in the subject property and hence, submitted an on-line application on 27.11.2023. Since the same was not acted upon, repeated representations were given and the same also did not evoke any response. It is under these circumstances, the present writ petition came to be filed before this Court.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 3 rd respondent to consider the on-line application submitted by the petitioner on 27.11.2023 and conduct the survey and demarcate the boundaries based on the title document and the revenue records relied upon by the petitioner. This process shall be completed by the 3 rd respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are any other interested parties, the survey shall be conducted in their presence.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
