Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent in Letter No.7652/Nir-1(2)/2021 dated 12.01.2023 and quash the same and direct the respondents to take appropriate action to draw the panels for promotion to the post of Junior Engineer for 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 and include the Petitioner's name in the said panel at the appropriate place with reference to his seniority and promote him with all consequential benefits.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent in Letter No.7652/Nir-1(2)/2021 dated 12.01.2023 and quash the same and direct the respondents to take appropriate action to draw the panels for promotion to the post of Junior Engineer for 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 and include the Petitioner's name in the said panel at the appropriate place with reference to his seniority and promote him with all consequential benefits.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to the effect.

3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
