JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.K.Sakthivel, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, assisted by Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent.

2. It appears from the observation made in paragraph (5) of the impugned order that it was on the basis of the contentions of learned counsel for the appellant/original writ petitioner, the learned Single Judge had observed about the limited prayer made in the writ petition.

3. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant never made such a concession before the learned Single Judge and he would seek clarification of the impugned order by filing appropriate application.

4. In view of the said submission made by learned counsel for

the appellant, the appellant may approach the learned Single Judge by filing an appropriate application. After an order is passed on the application, the appellant, if so advised, may take further steps as permissible under law.

The writ appeal is disposed of accordingly.
