O R D E R

Learned counsel for the parties jointly propose that the disputes are to be referred to arbitration and they have agreed upon that Mr.Sriram

Panchu, Senior Advocate, be appointed as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes inter se the parties.

2.In view of aforesaid, as proposed by learned counsel for the parties, I appoint Mr.Sriram Panchu, Senior Advocate, residing at No.E-110, 16th Cross Street, Besant Nagar, Chennai-600 090, Ph:98400 55379, as the Sole Arbitrator to enter upon the reference and adjudicate the dispute inter se the parties. As requested by the learned counsel for parties, the arbitration proceedings will be conducted under the ageis of the Madras High Court Arbitration Centre and the parties will be governed by the Rules of the Centre. 3.The original petitions are, accordingly, allowed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
