The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. He has also submitted that the petitioner is aged about 85 years and prayed for a direction to the VIII Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai, for speedy disposal of R.C.A.No.440 of 2016.

2.Considering the averments and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the learned VIII Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of R.C.A.No.440 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
