O R D E R

This revision arises against the order of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore, passed in M.C.No.193 of 2010 on 10.09.2015.

2. Petitioner and first respondent were married on 19.05.1995. Out of the wedlock, two girl children were born. Differences arose between them. Petitioner filed F.C.O.P.No.278 of 2009 on the file of Family Court, Salem, seeking divorce. First respondent filed M.C.No.193 of 2010 seeking maintenance. Under orders dated 10.09.2015, the Court below directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- towards monthly maintenance to each of the respondents. There against, this revision has been filed.

3. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and the learned counsel for respondents.

4. In directing payment of maintenance in sums of Rs.2,000/- to each of the respondents, Court below has found that both petitioner and his father ran hotels, fixed petitioners notional income at Rs.2,000/- p.m took into consideration that first respondent/wife earned Rs.7,000/- p.m and informed that to take care of the basic necessities of the 2nd and 3rd respondent, their education, food , clothing and medical expenses it is fair and reasonable to award maintenance in sums of Rs.2,000/- to each of the respondents. This Court finds no reason to interfere with the order of Court below.
