ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner was arrested on 26.03.2022 for the offence u/s.24
(1) of Cigarette and other Tobacco Products Act and Section 328 of I.P.C. in Crime No.184 of 2022.
2. The case of the prosecution is that when the respondent police was on their routine vehicle check-up, they found the petitioner along with other accused was in possession of 370 kgs of chewable tobacco products.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner herein is A2. The petitioner along with the main accused was illegally transporting tobacco products. The value of the contraband is Rs.3,60,000/-. The petitioner is having one previous case.

4.Considering the fact that the contraband involved in this case is huge in quantity, this Court is not inclined to grant bail. This petition stands dismissed accordingly.
