ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.3 of 2017 pending on the file of the second respondent to some other Inspector of Police under the Jurisdiction of 1st respondent and to file a final report.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instructions submitted that the investigation in Crime No.3 of 2017 which was pending before the second respondent herein has been transferred to the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Thiruvallur.
