This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to pass orders on the representation dated 12.08.2024.

2. Heard Mr.C.Balasundar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. It is seen from records that the District Revenue Officer has already passed an order dated 05.06.2024. The petitioner wants reconsideration of this order by giving representation to the first respondent. The first respondent cannot reconsider the order passed by the second respondent. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved, he can only challenge the order passed by the second respondent. Except giving this clarity, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition. This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs. 2/4
