This petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.521 of 2015 pending on the file of Sub Court, Poonamallee and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Chennai.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner/husband filed the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition to transfer H.M.O.P.No.521 of 2015 filed by him on the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee against the respondent/wife for restitution of conjugal rights to the file of the Family Court, Chennai. Pending Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, H.M.O.P.No.521 of 2015 is dismissed for default and he has filed a petition to restore the same. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed with liberty to file fresh petition if H.M.O.P.No.521 of 2015 is restored to file.
