CMP Nos.25707 & 25710 of 2019 in SA SR Nos. 3139 & 3140 of 2019 CMP Nos.25707 & 25710 of 2019 in SA SR Nos. 3139 & 3140 of 2019 R.SUBRAMANIAN, J While condoning the delay by order dated 31.08.2020, I had directed the petitioner to pay the cost of Rs.5,000/- in each Appeal on or before 12.10.2020. Since the counsel for the respondent refused to receive the cost in view of the instruction by his client, I had modified the order, directing the petitioner to pay the costs ordered to the Cancer Institute, Adayar, on or before 12.10.2020 by my order dated 24.09.2020. The learned counsel has paid the costs and has produced the receipt for such payment.
