Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, prays to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to settle the retirement benefits payable to the petitioner including regular pension, Gratuity, Provident Fund, Encashment of Earned Leave, SPF as well as regular pension immediately based on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 02.07.2018 with all consequential and other attendant benefits including payment of interest for the settlement of retirement benefits within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submitted that the retirement benefits payable to the petitioner including regular Pension, Gratuity, Provident Fund, Encashment of Earned Leave, SPF were given to the writ petitioner pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dated 02.07.2018. Therefore, the above reliefs sought for by the writ petitioner were granted to her. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. He has also seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and made an endorsement on the bundle to that effect.
