ORDER

Heard learned Senior Counsel Mr.P.S.Raman, learned counsel for M/s.Manu Nair, learned counsel for the Applicant and Mr.R.Vidhyashankar, learned counsel for the respondent.

2. Both the learned counsel submit that the parties have already reached a settlement on 07.11.2024 and they have contemplated certain deferred payments and recording the said submission of the learned counsel on either side, this petition is closed for the present. However, liberty is granted to either of the parties to revive the above petition in the event of any default of the agreed terms.
