This petition is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased first appellant and rank them as appellants 6 to 8 in the above appeal.

2. Heard Mrs.R.Meenal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Hence, the petition is allowed. 3.The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the Second Appeal No.477 of 2010 and list the matter for final hearing after two weeks.
