ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "directing the 3rd respondent herein to issue a fire safety certificate on the basis of the application dated 04.11.2024 and consequently direct the 1st respondent to issue a Trade License permitting the Petitioner to run Le Yanam Leisure Society without any hindrance and thereby."

2. It is brought to the notice of the Court that the Fire Service Department, Yanam. Municipality is the appropriate Authority for considering the request of the petitioner and Mr.R.Sreedhar, learned AGP (P) on instructions would submit that as and when the application is made before the Fire Service Department, Yanam Municipality the same shall be considered and orders will be passed.
