ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 28.07.2020, wherein the petitioner has sought for issuance of patta with respect to the subject property.

2. Mr.Aruldoss, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent based on the instructions received by him submitted that the respondent has fixed a date for enquiry on 30.11.2020 at 03.00.p.m. Learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the respondent to conduct the enquiry and pass orders https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

strictly in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
