This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6112 of 2025, dated 05.03.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly; and that the investigation completed and final report has been filed. 3.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6112 of 2025, dated 05.03.2025 is relaxed. 4.
