(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Mr.G.K.Muthukumar, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the 1st respondent. Mr.Raja Shrinivas, learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation takes notice for the respondents 2 and 3. Mr.R.Venkatesh, learned Additional Government Pleader (HR & CE) takes notice for the 4th respondent. 2.Pending the appeal filed against the lock and seal notice dated 27.02.20218, the petitioner seeks an interim protection. Inasmuch as the pendency of the appeal before the 1st respondent, which was received on 03.08.2020 is not in dispute, while directing the said authority to dispose of the same, after due notice to all the necessary parties, within a period of twelve

(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, status quo as on today shall be maintained. 3.The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
