This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to direct the learned Principal Sub-Judge, Kanchipuram, to dispose of O.P.No.19 of 2022 as expeditiously within the time frame by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition and taking note of the fact that the revision petitioner / husband is aged about 40 years, this Court directs the learned Principal Sub-Judge, Kanchipuram, to dispose of O.P.No.19 of 2022 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
