KAMARAJANAR ROAD, ATTUR TALUK, SALEM DISTRICT Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to To Extend the Time fixed by this Honble Court in the order dated 28.02.2017 in WMP No.5192 of 2017 in WP No.4935 of 2017 to deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand only ) to the credit of EP No.37 of 2015 and thereby directed the Subordinate Court, Attur to record the deposit made by the Petitioner herein on 22.03.2017 before the in EP No.37 of 2015 as to comply with the condition imposed by this Honble Court in the order dated 28.02.2017 in WMP No.5192 of 2017 in WP No.4935 of 2017 the said deposits was made by the Petitioner (in WMP.15382/2017 in WP.4935/2017) and;
(ii)To Extend the Time fixed by this Honble Court in the order dated 28.02.2017 in WMP No.5193 of 2017 in WP No.4936 of 2017 to deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand only ) to the credit of EP No.36 of 2015 and thereby directed the Subordinate Court, Attur to record the deposit made by the Petitioner herein on 22.03.2017 before the in EP No.36 of 2015 as to comply with the condition imposed by this Honble Court in the order dated 28.02.2017 in WMP No.5193 of 2017 in WP No.4936 of 2017 the said deposits was made by the Petitioner (in WMP.15383/2017 in WP.4936/2017) Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.NALLIYAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner in each of the petitions and of MR.A.N.THAMBIDURAI, Special Government Pleader, on behalf of the 1ST Respondent and of S.KADAR KANI, Advocate for the 3rd Respondent and of 2nd Respondent not appearing either in person or by an Advocate the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.
2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for extending the time.
3. Further, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have complied with the conditional order dated 28/02/2017 by depositing a total sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of C.P.Nos.36&37/2015. However, deposit has been made belated on 22/03/2017 before the Executing court.
4. Since the learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for extending the time, time granted by this court by order dated 28/02/2017 is extended upto 22/03/2017.
5. The petitions are ordered.
