This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 332 days in representing the Second Appeal in SR.No.48586 of 2022.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the appellant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the credit of "Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court, Madras", within a week from today".

3. Post the matter on 19.07.2023 for reporting compliance.
