ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the entries made in Patta No. 1469; Mappedu Patta No. 981; Mappedu, now 126, Hussain Nagar, Tiruvallur Taluk and Patta No. 973, Mappedu, now 126, Hussain Nagar, Tiruvallur Taluk and to make entires in favour of the writ petitioners and the 4th Respondent in view of the direction made in O.S.No.605 of 2007 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tiruvallur and as affirmed in A.S.No. 4 of 2017 and A.S.No.9 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Judge, Tiruvallur

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the Civil Court filed by him as against the respondents 5 to 8 reached finality. In this regard, he has given a representation to the respondents 1 to 3 to carry out the rectification in the patta based on the judgment of the Civil Court in O.S.No.605 of 2007 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tiruvallur. Hence, seeks directions. 2/4

3. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that based on the judgment of the Civil Court, orders will be passed within a reasonable time fixed by this Court.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

5. Accordingly, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.02.2020 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law in light of the judgment and decree of the Civil Court in O.S.No.605 of 2007 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tiruvallur. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
