By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner claiming to be one of the Trustees of Sri Vellariamman Koil situated at Anumanthaikuppam Village, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District, submitted an application dated 6.7.2015, to the respondent praying for permission to conduct the cultural programme, which includes song and dance programme, to be held on 27.7.2015, and since he has not been favoured with any kind of response, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, would submit that in the event of permission being granted, there will be no law and order problem, and no obscenity or vulgarity will be in place during such programme, and hence, prays for appropriate orders. 4.The Court heard the submissions of Mr.M.Digvijaya Pandian, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondent, also.

5.This Court, without going into the merits of the application, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 6.7.2015, in accordance with law, on or before 25.7.2015, and inform the decision taken, to the petitioner.
