This petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.660 of 2017 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Tambaram and to transfer the same to the file of the Subordinate Court, Thanjavur. 2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondent submitted that both the petitioner and respondent have no objection to transfer H.M.O.P.No.660 of 2017 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Tambaram, to the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Trichy and they have also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.Recording the endorsement made by both the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent, without deciding the issue on merits, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.660 of 2017 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of the Subordinate Court, Tambaram and transferred to the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Trichy. The learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram, is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.660 of 2017 to the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Trichy, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
