2.Heard the petitioner who appeared as Party - In - Person and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 7 days in filing the criminal revision is condoned.

4.Registry is directed to number the revision if it is otherwise in order.

5.Since the petitioner/ Party - In - Person, is not able to assist this Court properly, this Court appoints Ms.Rohini Ravikumar, Advocate, (Cell No.9710294377) as Legal Aid Counsel to assist this Court in the main revision.
