By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner would state that his grandfather viz. S.Subramanian, was allotted a house plot with built up area in L-116, comprised in Survey Nos.515/3 Part and 515/4 Part, Tamil Nadu Housing Board, Erode Housing Unit, Phase I, located at Periyasemur Village, Nasiyanur Road, Manickampalayam, Erode, vide allotment letter No.B4/11315/89 dated 22.5.1990, and the possession of the said property was also handed over to him on 6.5.1991. The petitioner would claim that the grandfather out of love and affection, bequeathed the property in his favour, by means of a Will dated 18.12.1998, registered as Document No.257 in Book No.3, maintained by the Joint Sub Registrar-I, Erode. It is further stated by the petitioner that the grandfather died on 3.12.2008, and so also his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
father on 29.11.2008, and since he has paid the entire cost, he is entitled to get the sale deed executed in his favour, and in this regard, he has submitted a representation dated 3.6.2015, to the respondent enclosing all the relevant documents and requesting them to execute the sale deed in his favour, and since he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.V.Anandamoorthy, learned Standing Counsel, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondent.
4.This Court, without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 3.6.2015, in accordance with law, and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
