ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records of the respondent in

Ref.No.TB/RO/TAM/62979/PDC/527/2023, dated 29/03/2023 and quash the same and consequently direct the petitioner to pay the interest of Rs.17,86,466/- into 24 equal installments.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, while accepting the payment of outstanding amount, requests the Court for payment of the amount in ten instalments. Keeping in view the condition of the petitioner's establishment, the Court is inclined to grant payment of the amount of Rs.17,86,466/- in 10 equated instalments and if any one of the instalment is not paid, the respondent is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.
