O R D E R

Learned counsel for the parties jointly propose that the disputes are to be referred to arbitration and they have agreed upon that Mr.R.Yashod Varadhan, Senior https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Advocate, be appointed as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes inter se the parties.

2.In view of aforesaid, as proposed by learned counsel for the parties, I appoint Mr.R.Yashod Vardhan, Senior Advocate, residing at No.9, 7th Main Road, Raja Annamalaipuram, Chennai 600 028, Ph: 9841075397, as the Sole Arbitrator to enter upon the reference and adjudicate the dispute inter se the parties. As requested by the learned counsel for parties, the arbitration proceedings will be conducted under the ageis of the Madras High Court Arbitration Centre and the parties will be governed by the Rules of the Centre.
