O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.05.2017 at an early date.

2. The case of the petitioner is that she was born to his father's first wife and her father married for a second time. It is further stated that since the petitioner's marriage was a love marriage, the same was opposed by her father and even her husband was murdered by her father and his second wife and their son. It is further stated that her father has not given her share of Rs.8,00,000/- (Rupees Eight Lakhs) as her share from her family property and 20 sovereign of jewels. Hence, she along with her two children was facing a lot of financial problems and other problems with great difficulties. She was residing near Lathangi Vidyamandir School, T.Kottampatti. In order to give education to her children under Right to Free Education Act from the nearest school of her residence, she gave a representation to the respondent on 08.05.2017. Since, the same was not considered by the respondent till date, the petitioner has come forward seeking for the aforesaid relief. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 08.05.2017 is directed to be disposed of by the respondent, within a stipulated period.

5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has stated no objection for such an order being passed by this Court.

6. Considering the limited scope of relief sought for by the petitioner and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 08.05.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.

7.This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
