It is stated that while despatching the order dated 05.07.2023 passed by the present Bench, Registry has mistakenly incorporated the present order continuing the earlier Division Bench order dated 28.04.2023 without indicating the names of the present Division Bench Judges and without issuing a separate order for the order dated 05.07.2023.

3. Perusal of the despatched order would go to show that a mistake has crept in, in issuing the combined orders dated 28.04.2023 and 05.07.2023 to the parties, without issuance of present order dated 05.07.2023. Therefore, Registry is directed to issue fresh separate order copy for the order dated 05.07.2023 by indicating the correct name of the present Coram Judges.
