Prayer:-Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned Notification issued by the 2nd respondent dated 07.06.2015 published in Daily Thanthi, made in Che.Ma.Tho.E/719/Varaigalai/2015, in so far as Flat No.HIG(I). Old No.57, New No.1/360-C (Ground Floor) situate at A.Jettihalli Housing Unit, Dharmapuri concerned, to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to fix the cost for the Flat No.HIG(I). Old No.57, New No.1/360-C (Ground Floor) at A.Jettihalli Housing Unit, Dharmapuri and to receive the same from the petitioner by issuing the final allotment order. Challenge in this Writ Petition is to the notification issued by the 2nd respondent on 07.06.2015 calling for tender for the house situate at A.Jettihalli, Dharmapuri. 2.It appears from the order dated 24.11.2021 made in W.P.No.14686 of 2018 that a subsequent notification dated 27.05.2018 issued for the same housing unit was challenged by the petitioner and this Court has disposed of the said writ petition directing re-allotment of the house to the petitioner for the current market value. The petitioner has also agreed to take such allotment. Hence, this Writ Petition has in effect become infructuous.
3.Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petitions are closed.
