O R D E R

This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3346 of 2017 dated 11.09.2017 by the XI Addl. Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier the petition for relaxation filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2004 and 2005 of 2018 on 14.02.2018 since this Court felt that the petition was bereft of details. He would further submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by the XI Addl. Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.3346 of 2017 dated 11.09.2017, regularly without any default and that the major part of the investigation is over and that there might not be any need for further complying with the condition. He would further submit that the petitioner also undertakes to appear https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the respondent as and when required on receipt of summons or contacting him over mobile / phone or email and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the bail condition imposed by the XI Special Judge for CBI cases, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.3346 of 2017 on 11.09.2017 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner will himself be available, as and when required by the respondent. The petitioner shall also furnish his address, telephone number and also the e-mail I.D to the respondent so as to enable the investigating agency to summon him if necessary.
